Sri Sathya Sai International Centre UK - Its time to wakeup.

As an individual like any other Sai devotee I am involved in many Seva activities as can be seen from our website www.saisruti.org.uk. Needless to say that nothing can be achieved or accomplished without the Divine Blessings and Lord’s Grace. Swami knows everything and He allows us to participate in His Divine Mission. There are many devotees who are currently serving in their own capacity our beloved Lord in many countries.  We have many Sai Groups and Sai Centres spread all over the Globe and many more are continuously increasing as days and weeks go by. In the UK there are many Groups and Sai Centres spread across Britain but there is not even one permanent central building with large hall like the Sri Sathya Sai International Centre in New Delhi.

The City of London is regarded and considered as one of the most visited capital cities in the world but still has no Centre like Dharmakshetra in Mumbai where devotees can visit, stay and participate in Sai activities and render their services. There are already many Centres of other spiritual bodies in London which offers a meeting place to the International Visitors. I am sure you will agree that with the number of devotees in the UK and millions of Visitors from all over the world a central place in London or near London is very much needed where important functions like Baba’s Birthday, Mahashivrathri, Gurupurnima, Christmas Celebrations etc can be held including providing a central library, book shop and many other spiritual and Seva activities.

 One of the major challenges facing us would be finding a large area of land with ample parking space and a large auditorium hall which can accommodate large crowds on grand festival days.  With a permanent Sai Centre having a large hall would be an advantage not only for all Sai functions but as a forum for interaction between various organisations from all around the world.

First and foremost we seek the Divine guidance of Bhagwan together with the support of all members of the Sri Sathya Sai Organisation here in UK. We are confident that the Sai world foundation and seva organization will surely look into this important issue.

At the lotus feet of Bhagwan we offer our Seva and seek his Divine guidance.
